We source various raw materials from around the world, including plastic, metal sheets, inks, fiberboards, and more. They first go through our IQC to ensure all materials meet our specifications. Once we complete a thorough inspection, we send them to our mold department.

We have a stamping, plastic injection, and CNC mold department. All small parts will be gathered onto our automated machines for assembly. Even automation can be internally designed to meet our needs and completed by our automation department. What can I say? Our team only creates the best potentiometers in the world.

Finally, we use automation to check the external dimensions and electrical characteristics of most products. This is to avoid human errors, which improves our yield rate to 1000ppm.
